Delivery

- Digital scores are delivered by immediate download once payment is confirmed.- Printed scores (once available) will be shipped to the address provided by the buyer.

Right of withdrawal

- Digital: under current regulations, there is no right of withdrawal once the file has been downloaded.- Physical (once offered): the customer may return the product within 14 calendar days of receiving it, provided it is in perfect condition.
