Nostalghia(2026)
Adrián Rosado(1994)
New classical music-Vla.
Travelling along the tributaries of memory, one may come across sediments buried by time. Objects that, despite having been worn down by erosion and the grim exhaustion brought on by the relentless passing of the years, can resurface once again, outlining new perspectives that cast a clear light on present and future uncertainties. And yet, if we imprison ourselves in yesterdays, we will never be able to walk through tomorrows.
This miniature was composed for the violist Darío García, to whom the piece is dedicated.
